Teams Beta
Teams let you share devices with other users and manage their level of access across your fleet.
Navigate to /teams from the main menu to get started.
Teams List

The Teams page lists every team you belong to, including teams you own and teams where you are a member. Each row shows the team name and your role in that team.
Click any team row to open the team detail page.
To create a new team, click New Team and enter a name (minimum 2 characters). You will be set as the Owner automatically.

Members

The Members panel shows everyone in the team and their role. There are three roles:

| Owner | Full control — manage members, manage devices, delete the team |
| Admin | Invite and remove members, change member roles, manage devices. Cannot delete the team or promote members to Owner |
| Member | View shared devices only. Cannot modify team membership or settings |
Inviting Members
Click Invite and enter the person's email address.
- If the email belongs to an existing account, they will appear as Active immediately and receive a notification email.
- If the email is not yet registered, they will appear as Pending until they sign up. A signup invitation email will be sent.
Pending invitations can be accepted or declined by the recipient. Once accepted, the member status updates to Active.
Inviting the same email address a second time is not allowed — duplicate invites are rejected.
Changing Roles
Admins and Owners can change a member's role using the role badge in the members table. No member can be promoted above Owner.
Removing Members
Admins and Owners can remove any member from the team. Members can leave a team themselves. The Owner cannot leave the team — the team must be deleted instead.
Deleting a Team
Only the Owner can delete a team. A confirmation dialog will appear before the team is removed.
Devices

The Devices panel shows all devices that have been shared with the team. Each entry shows the device name and the permission level granted.
Permissions
- Read — Team members can view the device's data and dashboard, but cannot control it (e.g. load toggle is disabled).
- Write — Team members can view and interact with the device, including controlling the load and editing settings.
Adding a Device
Click Add Device to open the device selector. The list shows only devices you own that are not already in the team. Once all your devices are in the team, a message will indicate there are no more to add.
Select a device, choose a permission level (Read or Write), and confirm.
Removing a Device
Click the remove action on any device row to unshare it from the team. The device will no longer appear in team members' Shared With Me list.
